I have been in Boracay. I can say that it's a beautiful place. I haven't been in Palawan. I'm also hoping to go there this year.

I haven't been there in Boracay or in Palawan but I think Palawan is the best place to be than Boracay. Boracay is crowded and more commercialized the beauty of nature spoiled by too much commercialization. Palawan is a beautiful place and it has natural resources to offered. The water and the environment is clean.

I have not been to Boracay but I have been to Palawan. Actually when I went to Palawan, my other option would have been Boracay. But a friend of mine told me its much better to go in Palawan since there are a lot of places you can go. Not only you enjoy the beach, you can also do island hopping, go to the underground river and many other things. There is even a hot spring in Puerto Princessa that is just a few minutes drive from the city and you can dip your body and enjoy the warm water. Very relaxing indeed. Not only that, there are not so many tourist in Palawan unlike Boracay which is quite crowded already. The best thing would be is to book a flight in advance or watch out for some promos. Cebu Pacific often offers discounted rates.

I am really keen on traveling. I haven't yet been to the Philippines but intend to do so. I would love to go to Palawan because it is the island of glorious nature and it is unspoilt. I think the Boracay is a tiny island that is pretty but touristy. I think that Palawan should be a little cheaper than Boracay. I hope that you enjoy all the traveling that you will do.

I have never been to these places, but I planned to go there if I have enough money. But if I would choose between these two wonderful places, I would choose Palawan because it has so many spectacular beaches. I think Amanpulo is always the best but of course I never dreamed to be in Amanpulo because of its dollar cost but I admired this luxury resort.

I believe it is Palawan because it is not roughly commercialized yet just like Boracay. The scenes and wonders are real and natural. Try visiting the place and you will find satisfaction.

I have been to both places and both have lovely beaches. It would really depend on one's preferences on what activities are they interested to know which one they want to go to. But to me, I definitely would go back to Palawan. There are so many places to see in Palawan. We were there last year and the place is really breath taking. There are so many things to do there. We tried fire fly watching in Iwahig, visited the penal farm in Iwahig as well. This is the largest penal institution in our country with no wails. The prisoners can roam freely and do work on the fields as their punishment. We went snorkeling at Honda Bay, had a mangrove paddle tour just near the port where you usually go on your way to the Underground River. The limestone mountains are a great sight to see too. Boracay is a very commercialized place already. But we would see ourselves there next year for our annual trip. My mom and my brothers haven't been there so we would like to take them there to let them now why people rave about it. But I really want to go back to Palawan and explore Coron and El Nido. Geez! I can't get enough of Palawan!

Palawan is great place to be.. like el nido and coron.. and it is much more inexpensive to stay at palawan.. that is, if you know your way..

I haven't been to both places. I can't afford it this time that every thing goes up. I wish I can bring my whole family there and enjoy its beaches and clear waters. Oh! How I love the seas! Should you been to Palawan , show us your pictures, we can imagine that we are there with you!

I prefer boracay among two.One of the best beaches known not only in the Philippines is the boracay itself. Its crystal waters, white sand and the hospitality of the people that tourist always look forward to.
