When do you find time to work out?

I try to work out with the kids if possible but that limits what I can do. Walking, bike riding, maybe taking a wlak in the woods but with a baby that hard. The kids get tired of walking and some days it is too cold. I wish I had the means to join a gym but then I would still have to make time and I am with the kids until 7pm when my husbdan gets home. By then I don't feel like going out to work out and if I do work out then I can't go to sleep.

I have been trying to do toe points andthings like that when I am stuck sitting and when I am putting laundry away I have started doing lunges down the hallway. I do squats while brushing my teeth and arm lifts while waiting on the microwave. I know that won't make up for a full workout but it has to count for something right?

I barely have time to work out considering my busy schedule at work. So most often, when I have the opportunity to walk, then I do walk. I have read that walking does provide beneficial effects to health. So when I have the opportunity to walk, then I walk.

I've been slacking in that department lately, but when i get on a roll with it, I usually do it in the evenings, or when my son takes his afternoon nap. Once I get a routine going daily, I'm more apt to do it day after day. When I slack, it's hard to get back in gear. Right now, I've been nursing an arm injury so I haven't been able to do too much. I'm hoping to be better soon so I can get back to it. After a few days of exercise, my body feels so much better. I can really tell when I dont exercise, I feel so stiff and overall tired.
