Everyone in has have our own passion & child in us that can lead us to collecting things that we really treasure a lot. It may not be the same with our siblings but surely it made us happier having this collection. Just like me you might laugh for what I am collecting but I am very happy seeing them because I am collecting ballpens ordinary pen but hoping to buy those expensive one someday. How about you my fellow my lotters what are your collections?

Actually I start collect stamp when I was in high school, didn't know why I do that, maybe just because its the easy staff to collect. I admire those people have their own aim to collect, and kept doing that in years, but I do not have that willpower, what a shame

Pens are cool. One day at a coffee shop i found some wooden pens. They are REFILLABLE. They had 3 different wood colors. I bought one of each color. They were $10. each. I have had then over 10 years now. I have to keep my special pens hidden from my daughter and her oldest son. They are both pen theives. I collect troll dolls. Some are from when my daughter used to play with them. I used to play with them as a child too. When i was a kid going to school a bunch of us girls had troll dolls and we would play with them at recess. It was so fun. They are the cutest dolls. When i was a kid i wanted one of the houses. Never got one. I now have around 5 of em in my collection.

Yes, i do. My special pens are hidden ina wooden pencil box away from the desk where they will never find them. I have had to hide them from my daughter since she was in jr high school. So i have experience in hiding them from her. One day while visiting my daughters house she had just discovered that her son took one of her treasured pens. I told her hahaha now you know what its like. She acted as though she didnt have a clue that they are both actually pen theives. I noticed my grandsons liking of pens since about the second grade, he is in 5th grade now. I have on the desk pens that are not so treasured. I dont care if they nab those. They do sometimes too.

When I was younger I collected a lot of things for instanse pens, stickers, erasers and postcards. When I still lived at home I had a huge collection of postcards, and I used to put all of them on my wall. Now I collect music from around the world. Before I visit a new country I try to find some information about the local bands and singers, so that I can buy some cds while I am there. I often listen some the songs on Youtube before I decide what to buy. My friends from other countries have also given me music from their countries, because they know that I am interested in music from other countries. I also collect quotes, poems, and stories and I have a notebook where I keep my favourite quotes etc.

I have a collection of hotel soaps. I get the hotel soap every time I stay in one. I think I have around 30 different hotel and motel soaps now. It's not a lot yet, I don't get to travel much anymore. It's not stealing by the way..

There are a number of things you can take from hotel rooms. The toilet paper, all the lotions and soaps (as you noted), pens, paper, and batteries (unless specifically stated). Are there any particularly unique soaps you have collected?

I am truly amazed at the things people put in their collections. Pens, mugs, stamps, hankies, bags, shoes, toys just to name a few. I never realized that I myself is a collector but when i cleaned our house one time I found out I have more than 600 romance pocketbooks stashed in every nook of our house. I don't know but I just can't seem to let go of them. My sisters told me to give them away but i just can't. I even made an inventory of them. I categorized and put numbers on them then kept half of them in a big shelf in the store room only to find out after a few months that the termites have gotten to them. When i ran my fingers along the spines of my books they felt hollow and when i pulled one out, all the pages are gone. After that I bought more and more until I filled the shelf again but of course not in the store room anymore. My grandma had it cleaned and repaired but i kept most of my books in the guest room inside suitcases. Now I've got more than a thousand and i still can't let any of them go.

Well, I love to travel and go to beaches, specially the ones I've never been to. Every time I went to a beach for the first time, I see to it i got a bottle of sand from that beach or a stone. I just love to collect them. Every time I see those bottles, it just remind me of my experience on that particular beach. Now, I have 10 bottles and I'm planning to collect more.^_^ when my dad learned about my collections, he bought home some sand and stones from Tanzania and Egypt. It gave me inspiration to go to that place in the future.

Hi happy! I have always loved to collect cats and unicorn figurines! I have many of both! I have all finds of cats in all types and all different variations, positions, textures! I am a cat fanatic! I started out collecting unicorns and have many, but have kind of slacked off lately. I still love them and when I see one of interest I buy it immediately! But, I think that cats and kittens will always be my favorites!

I collect dolphin figurines. I started this collection when I was fourteen years old and now almost sixteen years later I am still collecting them and I truly treasure my collection. I have the majority of my dolphins displayed on my double mantle which really is the focal point of the entire house. My daughter who is seven years old collects Littlest Pet Shop figurines and my son who is three is collecting Hot Wheels. I don't know that any of these will ever be valuable, but it brings us each happiness.

My favorite collection now a days is anything that is made of "chrochet". It may be swim swear ,(inner and outer outfit), bags, pouch, celphone cases. I also want to make of my own with different colors, especially now that summer is fast approaching, that's what make be busy during my past free times. At home i have made few pcs. of chrocheted sando , a pair of bras and skirts, headbands. Not so many yet, but I enjoy so much seeing my finish products.

I've been collecting posters of various artists, and although it's not much, but I treasure it because they're all so large and I spent money on them pretty much. It's sad that mom made me took them off the wall, but she still let me keep them ^^

This may sound like a bit of a geeky collection, but the most prized collection I have is of videogames. I have been a big fan since the age of seven, and over the years have amassed quite a collection. A few years ago, I decided to only keep the really rare/good ones and made quite a bit of cash selling what happened to be over 300 games including PlayStation 1 and Sega Genesis I have also started collecting books and CDs.
