Rest in peace Capt Phil Harris of Dealiest Catch!

As I woke up this morning an I started internet explorer there was the article staring me in the face. I have watched the Deadliest Catch from the first episodes and was saddened this morning to learn that "Captain Phil Harris" of the "Cornelia Maria" passed away after a stroke he suffered. My prayers go out to his family and friends in this hard time.

I Know I just found out today myself from a complete stranger and I"m just devasted over this; He was a great man and will be sadly missed!!

That's too bad, I liked Phil. His boys must be devasted. I wonder when the discovery channel will air their special on him. They did one for Billy Mays so I would really expect one on Phil and his life.

Yeah, probably will run an episode on Phil after everything has settled down. I do enjoy watching deadliest catch and it will be different watching someone else captain the "Cornelius Marie".

This is a shame. He had health issues last years season with his heart. My thoughts and prayers go to his family. Hope his kids do a great job taking over. As always..... HAPPY POSTINGS FROM GRANDPA BOB!!~

Yeah, when I seen this I was totally shocked. I did know he had health problems but I kinda thought they were getting better
