I have been checking out the new program DNA (Data Network Affiliates) that says it pays you for collecting and submitting car tags. But what I found was not good, it is run by a man who is known as a big time scammer. He goes by many names on the Internet and has stolen millions of dollars from people with his bogus programs. He is using the name John Nocton(junior)but his real name is Phil Piccolo who has many aliases and is under investigation by the FBI. Phil is also know as: Johnny D’Angelo, Felix Angelo, Joseph Stevens and Jim Spellacy. Just how many aliases he uses, I'm not sure, there may be many more. It is people like him who has made the Internet a very hard place to trust people and has put every program under the watchful eye of the FTC and the Internet FBI. He is a smooth talker and claims to be your helping hand but when he gets enough money out of you and the other members he just up and disappears with it....So this is a warning to all who may have joined this program. Please feel free to check out this man. You can google him or go to http://www.businessforhome.org/2010/02/phil-piccollo-review/#comment-345

I had never heard of this program and I am glad I know not to be a part of it now! I have heard of the name and I am glad I know that the site goes with the name! Thanks so much for letting the MyLot community know about this scam that a crook has set up! Hope people can learn of it being a scam so they do not get hurt.

Thanks for the information , i know the internet is full of scammers. And i for one had been scammed. Being scammed is one thing i am conscious of and i know all experienced online seekers know that. I also blog on issues on scamming site and for one put articles on my own experience. Now for the information that you know, i hope it should be well founded and with evidence. With what you are giving , even the FBI which is a very high regard branch of government and with expertise on this matters had not put to jail this "Phil Piccolo" with so many aliases. I dont know "Phil Piccolo " and his connection with DNA. Its a good warning , but it should be with evidence, not hearsays or rumors. Prove that DNA is a scammed or would be a scammed site with evidence , you will be helping thousands who are now members of DNA. Now if you care for people who are scammed , give them an alternative and show the alternative for DNA. Help people not scare them without hard proof not just info from site. Thanks

Hi. Everything that has been said about this Phil Piccolo is the truth. He stole tens of thousands of dollars from people - not to mention their time, efforts, reputations and dreams. He is the one running DNA but hiding behind other names - we know this because of the email headers and IP Addresses. If someone is not guilty and has nothing to hide, then why is he hiding? I have a friend that worked for him and he left her high and dry because he lied to her and failed to pay her for her services. The man is a wart on the butt of humanity that should be removed.

I joined DNA this past February and have introduced it to 261 personally sponsored. Since that time the pay plan has been changed 4 times and the CEO 3 times. At first you were to be paid $2.00 for every 20 plates that you and your organization put into the system but now it is only $2.00 one time per person unless you upgrade for $139.00 and $29.95 per month. The first pay was delayed by 30 days and the bonus promised of $1,000 was reduced to $0.15 in the last communication from them. They also have a contest of who ever sponsored 10 people over the Easter weekend would get a $50.00 prize. I sponsored 75 people that weekend and got nothing. Now that the first pay day is here they are telling me that I made $27.00 that breaks down to $25.00 for upgrade and $2.00 for plates entered. I personally entered plates for both of my daughters who are in the DNA program plus my own so that should add up to $6.00 plus the upgrade to equal $31.00 When asking customer support about this they do not respond and they do not have a phone to call them on. Think of it this way, this company has a Gmail address so how credible can that be? I think that they are operating out of a trailer someplace and I wish I never got involved with them. Oh by the way, to get your money out of the account and into your hands will cost you minimum or $4.95 and as much as $35.00 DNA has some good ideas but let's face it I think they are pipe dreams.

I did not know of this at the time and I did sign of for this and I did go pro. My upline member did not get paid for me going pro and I did not get paid for anything my downline did. I had over 100 people in my downline. I am very upset and did not know people like this existed.

Thank you for the information. I hadn't researched this yet but I did see it on another forum. Didn't sign-up but it did help with research in proving this was a scam. Again, thanks for the post.

Thanks for the information for bringing it here in Mylot. I also happened to read about this notorious scammer and he is better be punished for all the innocent people he stole money from. This way many people will be warned. He deserved to be in jail paying for his sins.

If there is no real explanation for something that asks you to process car tag numbers. This wreaks of scam and those who are opening this site up for others to use have to realize they may jeopardize their online security and time on this bs.

Thank you for telling us about this man. I never have heard of him but if I ever do, I will know to avoid his sites. I wish the law could do something about these scammers. It's awful, I think! He must be a real con artist to use so many names! I never was into mlm, anyway, because you can't force people to get involved in something like this if they're not interested. I know, I wouldn't like it if somebody tried to force me into something I didn't want. Kathy.
