Can I use International offers in Gptreasure ?

Recently I saw someone discussing about gptreasure.Then I registered in that site.But when I saw the offers for Indian people it is only one.I'm from India .I don't see any other offer for Indians.So there is an option in that like International members can take part in this.So my question is whether I can take part in those offers or I should just wait for the Indian offers.Some say that we can do and others say do not.So anyone who already have experienced in working there can share your views.Thank you.
