Is redgage open for international members?

I checked the site but haven't found any info whether the site is open for international members or just U.S members only.

I'm also using redgage and I'm from the Philippines. Based from what I've read in their website, Redgage is open even to international users. I think our payment will be in the form of a redgage debit card :)
