Relevant curriculum that meets the local and international standards, state of the art facilities, and competent professors/instructors.
Here in Central Luzon, there are a lot of colleges/universities that provide quality education. two of the best universities specifically in Pampanga: Holy Angel University and Angeles University Foundation. Guyz! Which are your best colleges and universities in central luzon?

i heard about these two universities you mentioned; holy angel university and angeles university foundation. i agree that they are good universities. but i also heard about central luzon state university. they are good in several degree programs. well, sh=chools help in many ways. but the success of the person depends on the individual effort, and not the prestige of the university.
