Why do you talk to people more on FB than you would in real life?

I find myself talking to people more on FB than i do when i see them in real life...ITs funny but sometimes FB is the ice breaker between family members who would have never been in contact with w/o FB

Hello keymoney :) Yes just like you I often talk more on FB than in real life too. Maybe because Facebook is just so interactive that there are many ways you can connect to them like through chat, tagged photos and comments. But seriously, I don't like the fact that I'm being more friendly in Facebook than in real life. Of course I want those acquaintances to be real friends too and I don't see anything wrong with it by starting through Facebook :D ^_^

The only people I talk with on Facebook more than I talk with in person are the people who live states away. I don't log into facebook much, and I think that the trend of talking more online or via text rather than face to face is really hurting society. No, I think I'll stick to good ol' conversation.

I dont tend to talk more on fb neccessarily but i it wasnt for facebook I wouldnt have the same amount of connections and networks as I have now. It ffers another outlet as people are always so busy in today's life that they dont have time to talk o others in the same way. Its also great for when your in school and need to get in touch with ppl for it.
