When we are little, our parents always tell us to drink milk so our bones will grow strong and so that we'll grow taller. Milk is one of my favorite drinks but I don't drink it anymore every night before sleeping. I drink it in the mornings though. I also know people (20+ years of age) who still drink milk before they sleep. Do you still drink milk before sleeping? Is this a practice that you would want to share with your children and grandchildren?

But what I have heard about is another benefit that drinking milk before sleep will bring to us .Some people say milk will helps to improve the quality of our sleep. I think it is true because I always have insomnia for i never drink milk before sleep. On the other hand, the benefits on bones growing of milk is easy to be ignore for it is universally acknowledged.

I drink milk before i sleep but it is not for always. I drink milk to have a comfortable sleep, make sure it is warm. I do love milk but I do not know if that is sufficient to what my bones needed. Sometimes when i do not eat at night I drink milk instead. because milk is still a food. And I get nourished by it.

I still drink milk, but no usual time to do so. There's no age limit to drink milk, because we all need it, it contains calcium that we need to maintain our bones strong and healthy. I would surely share this practice with my future children and grandchildren.

i still drink milk, but i don't drink it before sleep because i'm afraid my sleep will get disturbed because i need to go to the toilet or something. so now i drink milk around 5 pm, so it's not too late or too near the bedtime
