From 200 to 150

I just decided to go to my ophthalmologist last week to replace the lenses of my eye glasses and I'm happy because my astigmatism lowered from 200 to 150. Before I do not wear my glasses but now I do wear it even it's not so cool. LOL... Do you have astigmatism too?

I am not sure if I have astigmatism too, but most of my relatives have. After straining my eyes with my computer for almost 2 years online, I noticed my eyes is now behaving abnormally. Maybe I need I need to consult an eye specialist too just like what you did. Currently, I am taking an eye health food supplement called Lutein (brand name: Optein). I noticed the bad condition of my eyes is now improving. Maybe you should inquire to your doctor if you can take it too.

that's a very good news for you.
I do not have astigmatism , but my friend uses cylindrical glasses for the same.
surely wear those glasses......

yes my eyes are cylindrical. I use glasses since junior high school. How about you, since when you use the glasses?
