PeopleString People Points, How to earn

Peoplestring is new to me, I just joined last night and Im confused about these people points. What are they? Can you exchange them for cash? How can you earn them?! Thanks for all the help guys.

Peoplepoints is can't exchange to get earn cash. Cause i've joined and get 3000 peoplepoint on first month, but my lifetime balance only increase $1.78. If anyone said that 3000 pp (peoplepoint) as $30 is HOAX.
