I prefer drinking tea than coffee. I know that there's a lot of benefits I will get from drinking coffee but still I prefer tea. I can consume up to eight glasses of iced tea a day especially nowadays since the weather is so hot. Tea also has fluoride for stronger teeth and virtually no calories. I love tea yum yum.

After a really heavy meal, I would always go for tea. You can feel that your stomach has melted all the stuff you ate. As for coffee, I usually go for the frapuccino based ones. They are more suited for desserts.

Hi Every day I drink coffee. Required for me at least once a day. For me, it is awakens and energizing drink without which I can not. I prefer strong and bitter coffee, but not give up and a nice cup of arabica variety. As much as I have built this regime I still drink tea. During the winter tea. Also not miss the summer, but only to explain that I drink iced tea:) Otherwise, to the specific question - i drink coffee every day, but not tea.
