resume exercise

wow! it has been a long time since i had been on the treadmill. i have so much work to do and so many things demanding my attention that i get soooo tired to exercise. or lazy. but today, i decided to get on it. after all, my baby is not around so even if it was just 20 minutes i did work up a good sweat. after that i took a hot shower and rinsed with cold water. now i feel refreshed and raring to work. my mind is clear and sharp. and i want to move around. if only i can keep this up. how about you? do you also exercise? or have you stopped and resumed exercise, too? i hope we all can do this, for the sake of our healths. I don't really exercise much. I've resumed exercising many times. Its hard though to stay motivated, and keep up with it. There's always something going on. Something I want to do. I have a number of excuses for not exercising, but I know I should. Everyone should exercise just a little every day. It will improve your health, and keep you younger longer.

I do exercises everyday for thirty minutes and I prefer aerobics, I have a CD which I play every morning in my laptop and I do the same while watching, so its quite simple and a good way to lose weight for me.

Hi,spoiled311! It is good to know that you resumed exercise.Yeah,it is true that doing excercises can help us refresh ourselves. Well,I am ashamed to admit that I am kinda a lazy girl.Most of time I'd rather stay indoors and watch soaps or do my homework.Not really a sports lover.But I do exercises sometimes.Like this weekend,I will go out with my brother to climb a mountain.And I also go swimming regularly.And I ride bicycles a lot.I am thinking about trying different kinds of sports.Strengthen my body,you know.It will be awesome!Haha,wish me good luck!:P Have a wonderful day!
