How can I retrieve my Trek Pay username and password?

I just tried to sign up for Trek Pay just this entire morning and I always gt a message that they've detected multiple accounts already with my registration. Somehow, I just remembered that I did registered on this site last year. Now I can't remember what was my username or password. I did try the "forget password" link and until now, I didn't get any reply. Can anybody please help me here? I really need to be active on this PTC site, Thanks!
