I think a cell phone is very useful, myself! I don't know how we managed without them. It seems like I'm always having car trouble and they come in very handy in that case. I don't know why Mr. Bell didn't think about a type of phone we could carry with us when he invented the telephone, lol. There wasn't any such thing as technology in those days, I don't guess. I do wish people wouldn't use them while driving, though. That is the cause of more accidents. My cell phone has internet access, too, and when I'm away from my desktop, I can access the internet on my cell phone.

I know it! It's against the law to talk on your cell phone while driving in some places. I wish they would make it a law everywhere. I almost hit a guy several years ago as I was pulling out of the parking lot of a convenience store down the road from me because he was talking on his cell phone and not paying attention to what he was doing. He was turning in as I was pulling out.

My cell phone is very useful to me as it is the only phone I sue, as I don't have a landline, so I take the cell phone with me wherever I go. I don't use the internet on it though when I am home, but when I am away from my computer I do, as I don't want to miss coming into here or doing all the ohter things I do online. I have a smartphone which has lots of features, and I am glad I bought it even if it was expensive, as it was well worth it. I can do just about everything on it I can do with my computer, and I guess that is a good thing. I would be lost without my cell phone. Take care, and happy mylotting.

I think most of the time, I stick with a cellphone because I need to use it for emergency calling, and I don't really need all those useless function from it. My business partner want me to apply the data plan because I can check the email immediately even though I am on the road. So, that is much to my cellphone.

Hi tuyakiki, cellphone or mobile phone has become essential belonging of most of the person in the world. Talking, texting listening to music, watching video, surfing internet, getting connected through social networking, running office application, taking photos, listening to FM radios, making videos etc etc there are so many features in cell phone these days, that I feel the device is so versitele it needs some other name ! LOL I always have my cellphone glued to me, and i can not imagine life without two devices, my cell and my laptop.

bah.. i don't understand people who use cell to log in to facebook and stuff. but that's just my opinion. i think it's okay to surf if there is something important you need to find or check email or something.

Oh since our desktop pc is broken, my cellphone has been my primary internet access, i post to mylot using just my cellphone. I download and listen to music, take pictures, send messages, etc. This little device is just so useful lol. Although im not really addicted to the cellphone per se, im addicted to it coz it can connect to the net, if it cant connect to the net, i can go on for days not using my cellphone, unless i need to text someone or if i wanna take a pic or listen to music.

I feel cellphones are good only for recieving and making calls and also perhaps to listen to music stored in it.Surfing the net for information is better done sing a desktop or a laptop.Using a cellphone for that would only be done by me as a last resort. After all a cellphone screen is too small for viewing webpages and content from the internet.

I always felt he could not live without a cell phone, because I am definitely going to be late to receive information from the family. but now I live without a cell phone. because I do not want to be contacted by anyone. I've promised to not connect with anyone, friend or relative. All this I do to improve my relationship with my husband. hopefully my sacrifice for not contacting friends and relatives are not in vain.

I'll rather have my computer disconnected from internet than have my phone. I go everywhere with my phone and at almost everytime i have to log in to sites, check emails, talk to friends and right now there are phones that almost act as a notebook laptop. we all know them andriods phone.

Hello! I have my second mobile phone now in my life. I buy it from eBay. It is China mobile phone model created in China. Even though, I have this new phone already three months, but It is difficult for me. I am still not accustomed with it. The mobile phone have a touch screen method, and I like it. I don't like open able mobile phones. I like touch screen and sliders only. I do not have internet facilities, but I am planing connect it to internet. I like my brother phone who have WI-FI. Best thing on my phone is great music insulation. I hear only clean, and good music. I can imagine my life without phone. Mobile phone for me mean more than an ordinary phone. It is all my life, because by phone, I call to my friends, send them text messages. This is my channel of communication with the world. Have a nice day!

I'm on a family share plan and my family doesn't pay for either internet or texting plans. In fact, texting is blocked. I don't really miss it that much though. I've gotten used to not using it. I mostly use my cell phone to make calls.

I must admit I can't go anywhere without my cellphone. It's funny that my cellphone has become such a big part of my life since I only knew such a thing exist seven years ago. I guess I have gotten used to being able to call my friends and family anywhere I go so I can't be without my cellphone. In the beginning my mother had to force me to carry my cellphone around because I was too lazy to and she wanted to reach it but now it became a habit. I think I would still survive without a cellphone but it'll take some getting use to.

I have cell phone which I barely use. I don't really like to talk over the phone. So I always make it short in a phone conversation. My phone doesn't have internet facilities either. Cause I can't type fast with the small keypad on the phone. I prefer to get online with computer. It's a lot easier..

indeed my cellphone is very useful. i think its more than useful than it was before since my partner is in US and im here in the phils. ive been thinking of ways to communicate through my phone and of course in the cheapest ways.. i can chat through uzzap here in my phone although its just a simple application unlike those phones which you can really browse the net coz i only have Nokia 5310.

I have a Sony Erricson K310i, bought 3 years ago. I only use it to wake up in the morning. I don't want to spend money on another phone with more stuff on it because I just wouldn't use it. Haven't called/received a call in months.
