Home made or store bought?

My husband is diabetic so I like to make homemade cookies instead. I can control the amount of sugar that goes into this recipe. I bake most of my cookies over the Christmas holiday season and hand them out as gifts. I also have my husband bring in a plate to work. Before my husband was diagnosed with type 2 I used to buy cookies during the rest of the year and around Christmas time I would switch to homemade cookies.

I prefer, if possible, homemade. However, for some things, such as lasagna, this is a very big undertaking and you must wait hours before you eat. Not such a good plan if you're hungry. In that case, I go with the pre-made version. However, if I'm not starving, I will opt for the homemade version every time.

Maybe there are good store brand cookies better than home-made ones, but not where I live. All of the store brands are too crunchy and break easily, while when I make 'em they stay chooy and soft.

I'm used to store bought, but when I eat a homemade baked cookie...Oh man, it's so much better than store bought. All warm and gooey, yum!

I like Chip Ahoy Cookies as i feel those are the best and only best store bought cookies unless from the bakery has some fresh ones. I really like my home made cookies and when they are right from the oven, they are so warm and tasty and i could just eat about everyone of them. I think the warm cookies are so good, not a fan when they become hard. I love cookies and eat cookies everyday in the morning at work.

Pecan sandies are my favorote srore brand cookie. Otherwise, i prefer homemade. There's nothing like cookies that are made from scratch with love from the heart. There's nothing to compare it to. Store brands come close but not good enough.

Well if you ask me and if my mom know how to bake cookies I rather pick my mom cookies, First of all its my mom work second its free and third the brand cookies is kinda expensive and unlike the home made its ready to eat. And you can express your love with your mom if you appreciate her home made cookies and that is one of the best thing moms can get from their siblings. Beside you don't need to go to the mall or store all you have to do is wait and enjoy eating and it can be one of your bonding time with your mom. the mother and daughter baking cookies together that would be nice.

I love home made cookies. But cookies bought from pastry shops are also very delicious. I love either way.
