I had forgotten casadeas, I'm not sure that is how it is spelled, but you take a toco shell, I use whole grain, put it in a pan, add cheese, salsa, and refried beans then fold it over and dry fry it until brown on both sides. This is a fast easy way to get whole grain, and beans into a meal when it's added to a salad. How could I have forgotten this fast, easy item?

I love those! They are a lot easier to make than I thought they were. My b/f makes them and they are great!

I like to order quesadillas at restaurants as well, although it is a much bigger calorie punch there. Often they are sold as an appetizer, but really they are enough for a whole meal. I like the ones with white cheese, chicken and spinach in them. I will do the refried beans and cheese ones as well. I find refried beans to be a really first rate convenience food.

I love to try Mexican foods because I heard it is great, perhaps Mexicans and Filipinos have the same taste when it comes to food. But the only food I have eaten so far is the tacos, the Mexican Tacos as they say, and I like it very much, the taste is quite delicious and mouth watering. I wish I could try another recipe of some Mexican foods later.

I love Mexican food. I am making bean and cheese enchiladas tonight for dinner. I take a tortilla wrap, refried beans, enchilada sauce and four cheese mexican style shredded cheese and heat it in the oven for 10 minutes. They are quick, easy and really yummy! Enjoy your Qeusadillas!
