Have you ever used tampons? How was you experienced with it? Do you like it? Can you recommend it to others who are sick of using sanitary napkins?

I wanted to use one, but I don't know if that is available here in the Philippines.. I HAVE NO IDEA! Maybe, just for experience. think about sticking it inside you... ;{ maybe I'll just use napkins after all.. ^.^

I've seen one in Watson. I think I will stick to sanitary napkins.

I've been using tampons for years and find them to be very comfortable and effective. Wearing a tampon is almost like not having your period at all, while wearing a sanitary napkin is like a constant reminder.

I don't like Tampons. Women can get Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) from those things. I will stick to my maxi pads.

I wanted to try that cause I hate using sanitary napkins but I am afraid of what it can cause to our body. Thanks for sharing that TSS.

all of my friends were using tampons... but its just that i dont wanna use it...i never had experience using it... but all of my friends told me its better than the ordinary napkins... they are really convincing...lol but again it depends on what you really like... and most importantly where you will be comfortable...:)

I'm also afraid of using it, I don't like something to be inserted inside. I would like to know if there are any pros in using that.

It really depends on the person or activities of a woman. Like for dancers who would always move a lot do some liftings, they prefer using tampons. But I haven't tried it yet. I am curious how it feels, so I'll try it one day.

I have not tried one yet, scared too to try one. In many parts of India women do use them and feel comfortable. ITs all in our mindset. May be I can gather more info from the net. As far as I have heard , its for women who have very heavy bleeding.

My wife never used them, she is 58, already had her menopause, no need of pads, napkins..free bird now.. Thanks for sharing. Welcome always. Cheers. Professor
