If you could add another feature to mylot.com, what would it be?

I would love it if they would add two things. One being that we can edit our comments after we have posted them. Such as when we misspell words. The other thing would be when we get best response marks we should get paid for that accomplishment, in my opinion.

I think I would like a section where members can contribute jokes and riddles. We need a little laugh in our life, don't we? And perhaps myLot could also add the number of views a discussion has received like some forums do. It'll give the discussion starter an impression of how many people have viewed their discussion even though they don't respond to the discussion.

I would love to see a recipe sharing section because it's against the rules to post recipes in discussions. I think it's because they don't consider recipes to be worthy of discussions but I've gotten into some very extensive discussions about specific recipes. I love to try new recipes. I'm always finding new ones on the internet but I'd like to get them from people who've actually made them and can give tips or any personal "tweaking" they may do to common recipes.

I would like a chat section which sounds strange doesn't it seeing as this site is a form of chat. What I mean is, whenever anyone sees their friends online they have the option of chatting with each other, rather like MSN or Yahoo Messenger but within the MyLot site. Would they get paid for it? Probably not...then you would know who your REAL friends are..get what I mean?

I would like to see a video section that users submit with discussions or by themselves in theirown section. I want this because you would be able expand clots capabilities and be able to get more people. Also both people and mylot can earn, as mylot can put commercials in the videos and get paid and used can get some rewards from watching

what about having a search feature that searches mylot people with any chosen interests. It can also have other things like the state or country or any specific things so that people can chat with people who have similar interests. I'm new by the way, so I don't think there is one like this here but would love to.

hi stephanieAnneC It would no be no way a chat room, as I like mylot for its uniqueness but a cooking section would be nice and also p oetry that is made into a discussion.righ now I do not think recipes are allowed or poetry either really.Other than that I would say lets keep My Lot as it is so it keeps its uniqueness all the time. I cannot think of any other additions that would not make it just another FaceBook and I for one do not want that at a ll.

I am really confused on how to do the tasks or blogs but I wish we could like play games and get paid like in competitions or something.

Maybe a weekly or a monthly contest section would be nice where winners get extra earnings. If this be added, I'll be sure to join it. ^_^

Hmmm..let me see.... that would be something having to do with music so we can have some music while doing our tasks here.

I personally think myLot should distinguish between question-like and discussion-like topic. For the former, the starter can set best response which has solved his question best, and maybe myLot can give a reward for the accomplishment like lelin said. but for the latter, we should pay more attention to rating system and participation of starter and responders.

I would vote for personal chat window of some sort, but then would probably also be against the purpose, or even an open chat for all to view and instantly post something, especially if people are waiting for responses. LOL Just a thought!

How about a sort function for the friends part? You know, put them into groups and we can find them easily. One other thing would be private messages from those who are not on our friends list, how about we can send pm to strangers but there's an option whether to accept it.

1)Quote system. Where i can quote what people said. Why? It's easier to respond back when there'e quote in it and it's easier to understand for the third party reader. 2)Respond to discussion in general, not person by person only. Why? Because some people have similar respond.

Firstly I would take away the "response" button if you've already responding to a discussion as this would avoid members responding twice. (myself included) I would to see an option to accept friends in one go, instead of approving each of individually and this would also be included when removing people. I would like to see options when posting such as TinyMCE or their own system to make posting more fun and quicker. I'm sure I could think of more but my minds suddenly gone blank LOL

i think it would be cool if they have the chat thing on here like facebook, myspace and sidkick. so you could chat with different people on your friends list to get to know them

It's nice to have a top poster of the day area in Mylot. Posters would definitely be thrilled to see their names on that least. Though this may demand time for the administration to monitor the discussions and responses members will post. But I really think this idea is great. Being able to make the list of the top posters will definitely be a good experience and achievement for Mylot members.

I want they add indicator for our friends online. We can target our discussion to such members if we can see them online or we can make real time communication using Private Message feature. I think it's wonderful if we can communicate and make relationship more than just friend in discussion. I don't mean nothing, but It's nice to hear story from many others country here without violating the discussions guidelines.

Chat... I w'd be a great feeling to chat with our friends with whom we discuss so many things.
