I quit my job in HSBC recently, and I want to start the new job in Amyway as a saleswoman, what do you think? Anybody knows the career development in Amyway? thx~

Are you in China ! First you must understand what is Amway and the plan of Amway. Is not a good idea to quit your job and do full time in Amway, may be you're convince by others Amyway friends telling you be a millionaire in this biz. Busynees is also called busyness. Yes out of 2000 or 3000 people only one is on the top. Amway is a multi-level marketing biz or directselling. Check it out, an advice to you do some homework and do it partime unless you have capitol to start.

Amway is a Multilevel Marketing program. It takes a great deal of time and hard work to get anywhere with it. You should CERTAINLY not quit your day job until you have made some headway with it and know that it's for you.
