Is the new IT crowd any good?

I am not sure if IT crowd is a hit program in the rest of the world, but in Britain, everyone loves it. Especially the first three seasons, even to people like me who don't usually get british humor think they are funny. And season 4th has recently been launched. I watched a few episodes but they don't seem so funny as the the previous seasons. The character Douglas is still hilarious though. what do you think? Do you actually like the new IT crowd or think its getting rubbish like a lot of sitcoms that achieved a big success at the beginning?
