Seriously... what will i get if i take it seriously?

I know there many legit Get Paid To site, i know how to use it, the only thing i don't know is... what IF i take it seriously to click every single ads, hits every confirm code, and spent half of my day to work at home by those Get Paid To sites. How many will i get, how much must i spent, is it good or just ruin me?
