Do you really earn at PTC sites?

A lot of my friends really get involved with PTC sites..i really don't understand why there are sites who are willing to pay you for just clicking an add..Do they really pay?or it's just bogus...could anyone suggest a good PTC sites that can really ern alot of money?

I only do a few...this one and two others that I'd rather not name. I'm not being "stingy" with the info; I just think it makes for a good point--you have to be careful and make sure that the site pays in your country. My experience and discussions with other people tell me that it is pretty easy to make money on some of the sites...but I think there are very few making a lot of money.
