According to FDA new rules, restaurants have more than 2 locations, or we called them chain - restaurants must release their food menu nutritional fact. This move might better inform the customers what they are eating, and how much fat or non - fat stuff they would consume before they would place the orders from those popular restaurant chain. Definitely, we all knew that one donut with those sugar coating might add much calories or over 1,500 I assumed; and McDonald with those cheese burgers. Actually, sometimes I am not that into the nutritional facts, as long as the food tastes good that I would worry about. What about you, is that a good news?

Yes, I think that is a wonderful idea. I think it will encourage people to make better food choices. Anything that can help people think twice about what they are putting in their mouths is probably a good thing. I think this is truly a great idea.

I say it's about time! I noticed at the McDonalds here in Canada, thy've already done this. It's crazy how some of their smaller items can be so unhealthy. It's not surprising, but when you see the numbers, it definitely makes you think twice about ordering. I think the sodium and fat are the most astounding. I can see how the calories can be so high, but the fat and sodium really stand out. I can only imagine the terrible effects of eating these foods regularly. At least now people will be able to make their own decision based on the facts. I'm sure these restaurants don't want to disclose too much of this info, though, as I'm sure it will scare some hungry customers away ;). It's too bad the unhealthy food always seems to taste the best ;). I think this a great idea, though!!!

This Is a great idea, it gives a people a sense of what they are actually eating. But I do have one thing to say about calories. People always say,"My goodness! I have to eat less calories so I don't look fat!" This angers me because you can always burn calories, but you can't burn fat, you can only shrink fat. Also, the mcdonald cheese burgers are not that bad for you, however the french fries are completely outrageous and are stacked with lard.
