We are told that beauty is but skin deep. My friend said she would die for being drop dead gorgeous and argued beautifu girl can win much favor. That's why she is choosing to have a second plastic surgery. This thing is she can't afford it and she borrowed money from all the friends around her, including me. Is appearance really that important?

hey i also like body beauty.. but i never try for plastic surgery because it is too costly.. and also time taken to recover from its effects.. i also doubtful about some affected after surgery.. what do you say about this.. are their is chances about any infection after surgery..
