In today's world the priority is given to those persons who can think rather than those people who makes their thinking come true. The people who can think better are superior than others do you believe in this kind of logic. Do you agree only thinkers are driving our modern world. Please give your views.

i think they play a small part. the great thinkers who turn their ideas into reality can shape the way everyday people run their lives, but its mainly all the workers who use the thinkers innovations that keep things flowing.

I believe that thinkers do drive the world. How else would accomplisments be made without thinkers to push the ideas along? when we dont have thinkers, we don't have the power to see dreams come true. the world would be lost without thinkers to drive it.

That has always been the case. Not just in the modern era. It has been like that ever since there were leaders positioned on the top. Rulers are regarded for their thinking skills. But I can't say that they "drive" the world. Everyone needs to perform their duties no matter how insignificant it may seem.

I wish that was the case. Often thinkers are way ahead of their time and it is hard for us (ordinary citizens) to grasp it. So often they'll never be heard. Jacque Fresco ( the man behind thevenusproject) is the living example of that. I am sure there are many more around the world, unknown. There are organizations around the world who do recognize that missed/missing opportunities. At the same time we should be grateful that people like Gandhi, Mandela, Paganini, Van Gogh, have been appreciated and discovered even sometime not in their life time.
