Need Help ... How to Transfer Liberty Reserve to Paypal

It's quite a problem, I try to find answer from search engine on internet but the information I got just not satisfactory, no clear answer step by step about it. My basic needs is just to fill up my paypal account & usually bank on my country doesn't have agreement of transfer, so I can't just easily transfer money from my bank account to my paypal account. So may be I can transfer the fund with other method, can anyone solve this?

Both money processors must have the policy clearly stated they are accepting the other as legitimate receiver and payee. If not you can't do the direct transfer from Liberty Reserve to Paypal. Then you just have to go through your bank or a third party both of them can agree on in making the transfer possible. If not, there is no way you can get it done between the two money processors.

Yeah, I figured it out... The only way I can do that by third party's help. So, now I'm searching trusted third party service in my locals.
