How do you destress yourself?

In todays stressful life it is so difficult to get time for ourselves and our family. But we should sometimes take a break and also try to enjoy our life as we have personal life too. Different people do different things to destress themselves. What do you do for that?

i eat ice cream and listen to music :0 in that way i distress my self :0 you should try it :0 whenever i have a lot of exams and things to do i just eat ice cream and listen to music :) in that way my mind is free from stress and can perform a task very easily :)

Oh yea i have also tried this and it gives relief to my soul and i think it is a very good method to destress ourselves. I listen to slow tracks which make me feel good and helps in destressing my mind by forgetting everything. And i enjoy it a lot. Happy mylotting. Thanks for your response.

My way to destress is with playing pc game. when I playing my favorite PC game, i will forget my problem for a while, and refresh my brain from stress.

Ok. That's what i do to forget all the worries, so i can understand how it feels while playing games. That's a very good way to destress ourselves. I alsn love playing video games. It make me forget everything and dip into games. Happy mylotting. Thanks for your response.

I try to enjoy life when i can but thats not always possible. I do agree that having a break or time out is a good idea... even having a time to yourself in a different room away from your family for half an hour can do good because kids can always be stressful no matter how cute and mischievous they are. I like to listen to music and sit playing with my kids to calm down after a stressful day.

As for me, whenever I want to take a break, relax or simply think about other things, I use to go walking on the hills around here. I don't need to go far, since I can be there with a 30 min walk, and then... I simply walk and enjoy the place, letting every other think fade away.

Ok, that's an interesting way to destress yourself. Yes it can make you to feel better if you take breath of fresh air in areas like hills which are available around your area, so that would be a nice choice to have a walk out there. Happy mylotting. Thanks for your response.
