You can receive money in both PayPal and Alertpay, even if the account is unverified (not linked to a credit card, debit card or checking account). SOME online sites will allow you to make payments from an unverified account. There may be restrictions on the amount you can spend, however. Increasingly, sites are requiring that the account be verified because it offers greater security for them.

It depends on the site itself, that which type of security it provides to its buyers & sellers as e bay and amazon requires a verified account wheather it is paypal or amazon payments

Yes, but you won't be able to use the money(aka send money)until your account is verified. It's really simple if you have a bank debit card or a prepaid debit card, you just add those onto your account as Bank Accounts not as debit cards. I learned this the hard way.

It depends entirely on the site you're dealing with, even for buy or earn. Most sites pays to unverified account without problems, a few others requires verified. Many sites also don't accept investiments from unverified account, I don't know why. For buying, very few sites accept unverified PayPals, Alertay is much more flexible in that sense. If you really need it verified, you may search for VCC cards. I've heard of them a lot, they are just to that, you bought them and put the number in PayPal, and you're verified. I don't know if it works but you may want to try.

Once upon a time i won 25$ through a site. the money was sent to my PAYPAL account. I was not able to use that money for online purchase because my PAYPAL account was not verified. Even if u want to transfer your money from PAYPAL to your bank account you need to verify your account first. So i first thing that i did was "account verification" after that do what you want and it is secure.
