Philippines

It was in June 2009 when I was able to post an article about Mylot. It was actually just a simple article.I just discussed how I benefit from the site. The recently concluded First Major Conference inspired me to write my first major blog article for mylot. The purpose of the conference is to build camaraderie and harmonious relationship among mylot members.I hope the conference that I had organized and the first major article that I made will inspire other members to organize similar event on their area. I received a lot of personal messages from a lot of members about the full details of the event. Now,the long wait is over. You can already view the full details of it on my site. You just have to go to my profile and on Mylot Conference and you will be directed to my website.I want to see your comments. Let me ask you, when was the last time that you made a major article for a website or for something that you like?Did you informed also other members to view it? I hope you enjoy the site!

if given a lot of time to write articles i would probably do some every now and then. back when i was involved in an international NGO project in mindanao, i used to write articles about our accomplishments on a monthly and quarterly basis. i don't have my own website nor my own blog so i don't have anywhere to create articles for, except to sometimes post in mylot. i tried writing an article for a $4 mylot task before and i was glad and excited to have it accepted. then a $20 article was accepted by an insurance company last year. other than those two and a very short stint in writing a dozen short articles for a website, i have not delved much into writing recently at all. and no, i didn't publish it for viewing purposes. when i read your article, it makes one feel the connection to the story like the reader is a part of it. hehe different emotions can be read, excitement, nervousness, relief etc. you're quite a bundle of nerves. lol jk! again congrats!

rye and syd, i don't find writing easy at all. sometimes words elude me. i haven't started a discussion in a long time you know. i just respond to discussions that would let me put my thoughts into writing. if writing is as easy as it sounds, i'd have more posts to my name than i can count. such as it is, my posts are really selected few. hehehe often, i limit it to discussions in my friends' list. so keep your discussions going guys and i may be able to drop by in one of them. lol

The Gathering - with the first seven, i hope they can be more in the future
Hello Rberon, I made Blogs regarding other online sites and relatively my sim 2 videos.Probably i had reacquire the link, unfortunately it's not active anymore since it's not getting any kind of traffic.Hey, i thought you had connect this with the mylot blog, that would have been nice or better. but this way indeed "THIS IS THE FIRST I BELIEVE". Although my regret is that I didn't inform every one as i thought you have invited enough people since one lotter said she was Near MOA..I'd probably start adding Filipino Lotters in the NCR so that next time i will create a template private message for the said event.

first of all, thanks for accepting me as your friend in facebook.we already have one group in facebook and you are already a member of it.it was organized by julyteen,a vinatge filipino member of mylot as well.i hope the group became bigger and bigger so it would not be hard to organize events. i hope you like the conference.the second one will be early next year and i am expecting 100 or more attendees on the second conference.if you can only come here in the philippines, you will be much welcome for the event.i've heard from doranwin, who is a member of the site,i know you are familiar with her,she would be organizing a conference in U.S.I just don't know,in what area.i would love to see that event.

I think I have made a total of 3 big articles complementing and encouraging people to join mylot! I don't think they were much of a hit though because not many people bothered to join. I got 1 referral who did not even post a single article :'(. Though I do expect to have a good blog soon, where I hope that my base of followers would pick up on and enjoy mylot.

Hello, Rberon.:) Firstly, let me thank you for the friendship. I am delighted to keep tracks of your activities here. I just visited the said blog and I can say it was really good. You have very well convey your message. It made me feel like I wasn't reading it but actually was experiencing it with you and all the other lotters who were able to join you. Though I am not an expert and I do not do blog but, I write few articles only to express my frustrations and pains , I can say that you have a knack for writing:) Keep it coming, dear. Kudos to you for the success of the meet up conference and your first Mylot blog.:)

I actually don't do a lot of blogging, so there has never been any kind of major blog article that I've written. However, it wasn't all that long ago that I started writing for one of the writing websites and I've been putting up articles on there on a regular basis. I mostly try to get traffic to my articles by posting about them in my facebook status. I wish that I knew of more ways to drive traffic, but I've not figured it out yet.
