What can be the high point in an interview?

Hello,friends here! Perhaps everyone has to take an interview for getting a job.It's the first challenge we need to deal with in the job-hunting.I'm kind of afraid of the interview and often worry that I may mess up.I've gathered some materials about interview and carefully learned some questions and answers.But when taking the interview,I still felt a bit awkward.And I'm not sure whether I give a good answer.Could you please share some experience with me and give me some suggestions for an interview?And what do you think can be the high point in an interview?
