What's wrong Paypal?

Paypal is becoming so inconvenient to me nowadays. When I opened my paypal accoung, it said that they have put restrictions on my account and gave me limited access only. They said that they need to review some of the transactions I made because it's suspicious. The only transactions I made there is paying rented referrals from Onbux and Neobux. And now, they are asking me again to use another card to verify my paypal account. How will I do that? I only have one debit card and it is the one registered at Paypal. They're asking me for another one and will put another charge on it. What's going on? I can't even withdraw the funds I have on my Paypal account because of the restriction they put.
Is anyone here experiencing the same? What should I do to restore my account?

The best and only way to resolve the problem is to contact PayPal. You can do this by email but it is more effective to phone them and to keep phoning until you can speak to someone who can actually explain what the problem is.
This can take considerable patience and time and you MUST be polite and willing to see their point of view at all times (while at the same time being assertive about your own).

Where can I find their contact information? Like the email address whre I can send them mail or their phone number. I'm just a newbie that's why I'm still not familiar with the tricks and trades online. I hope you'll be patient in answering my questions too. Thanks. :)

Ya, that does sound like some really bad news. I haven't had any problems with my Paypal yet. But I could understand why they may be suspicious. Because there have been many withdrawals. I hope the Admin at Paypal resolves the problems they have with your account. So you can withdraw money from it again. I haven't had any problems with my Paypal service yet.

I've had this aswell, but the thing I did was just make a new account and transfer the money to this account. I really dislike PayPal though, as it's just fraud sensitive and there are better sites out there. Try Googling for some!

That's very bad news. I never knew that PayPal services could act so strange.
I think you should try and contact the site and tell them that you have only one debit card and how should you verify the account again. I think they will find a solution for you. PayPal is a great site and it will surely help you out.
