I prefer only coffee rather than tea. I usually drink 9 cups of coffee daily. Some people say that drinking too much of coffee can lead to hair fall and other problems. Is it true?

Everything is good in moderation. Even if a higher consumption of coffee does not raise serious health problems, keep in mind that other beverages such as juice or milk contains important nutrients that coffee does not contain. It seems that is consistently shown that drinking coffee protect against type 2 diabetes and colon cancer. Also, coffee can be held responsible for the disappearance of headaches and benefit the liver activity - can prevent the occurrence of cirrhosis and gall bladder stones. Coffee contains caffeine, which can reduce asthma attacks, improving blood flow to the heart. However I think that within three or four cups of coffee a day arrive. More than that included in the category "What's too bad " ...

Well, all I know is that coffee can be good to our skin since it has antioxidants. But of course too much of it may cause you harm. Like for your teeth, it is one of the major factors why teeth gets yellowish and it also darkens your lips. I don't know it that's true but I heard that from a TV show.
