Has anyone had Air Sickness travelling by air!

My ear pops out all the time travelling by air, it pains a lot that i feel like i'm gonna die! i wonder why it happens and has anyone out there had a such a kind of experience! And how does it feel when you have a jet lag.

It happen to me too, but not so pain.
When we reach a certain height, the pressure change, you need to adjust yourself. my ear had pain and cant h ear clearly.
What I do, I try to swallow some saliva. I use my fingers, close my noise and try to breath out with the mouth shut. Because the nose and mouth are closed, air come out from both ears, then I can hear the sound clearly.
That my ways it work for me.
