Selling Stuff at Etsy.com

What's the most profitable stuff you can sell at Etsy? I heard lots of artistic individuals are making loads of money selling stuff over there. I'm not really an "arts and crafts" kind of person but I have many friends who are great at creating those kinds of stuff.
Any luck selling on Etsy, anyone?

I've never personally sold on Etsy, but it is something that I've considered doing with some of the digital scrapbook kits that I've created. That said, to the best of my understanding, everything that is sold on Etsy is arts and crafts related items. These are either the finished products that people have created or they are supplies that someone is not going to put to use. I've also heard of other people that make a great deal selling on Etsy.
