            Hi mylotters,
TV adverts/commercials just drive me mad. I hate the way that when they come on, the volume seems to get louder, the interuption in the middle of a programme, the repetitiveness of them, the mind numbing jinggles/tunes, etc.
Yes, the odd one ot two are a joy to watch - normally with children or animals in or animated - but they are far and few between.
As the adverts come on I normally see it as a time to, make a coffee, go to the bathroom, read the paper, anything but watch them. I also, mute the tv turning the sound completely off so that I am not being bombarded by their noise, or jinggles.
So...
Do you love or hate the tv adverts?
What do you do when they come on?

wen they come on tv,i generally get up and do something (i usually am watching tv while cutting paper, crocheting or whatnot) so i head to the garbage, go down to my craft area or whatever but i leave the room simply because i am not interested.

Hi. LeighB.. Yes, the adverts and the commercials can be very annoying. And useful too. When I am watching a great movie, I don't like it when the movie that I am watching is interrupted at all. I like to watch a movie without any stops or interruptions. I usually will get me something to eat, use the bathroom, call someone on the telephone or just give my kids a snack when the commercial breaks come on.

TV commercials stink. I cannot stand them, I get nothing out of them and they are annoying and Loud. But on the other hand, if they paid me to watch them I might change my mind.
