clogged toilet bowl

I just moved to a new apartment and I am having a hard time dealing with the comfort room. The toilet bowl is freakin' clogged that it gives me goose bumps to use it. I love how this small room was made. It's so cozy but I hate how the toilet bowl works. I told the landlord to do something about it but he seems don't care that much so I called for a plumber and he told me that he can check it out on Tuesday. Imagine, Tuesday is 3 days away from now so how in the hell can I use my comfort zone without feeling nasty about it or having the yacky feeling once I enter. Though the whole room looks so pretty, the clogged toilet bowl make it useless. Anyone who had the same problem? Damn this whole thing.. I wish it could be fix asap....
