Does Hell Began In Heaven?

Am wondering: Heaven is a place where absolute goodness and holiness dwell and where no EVIL can exist. But created in heaven was Lucifer who thought of wickedness and unholiness in a holy place like heaven. So if we all die and given a chance to be in heaven, does it mean that another Lucifer might rebel against GOD?

I believe heaven and hell are all here on earth. Its up to you to choose which one you want to live. Have a nice day.

Given that God gave us freewill then it is possible that there will be another Lucifer. It's just a matter of time and choice.
