Can anyone explain me this EXPOSE KNOWLEDGE thing ????

Just few days ago i saw here a discussion on expose knowledge. I too responded on it and i joined the site too. But the thing is that still now i am unable to understand the concept there.
Till now i know that they pay 3,5,12 cents per post which is reviewed by them. I also know that they pay $3 bonus when we have 100 points. Now i have a little confusion here that is the $3 bonus one time or everytime we complete 100 points ?
And another query is that I am getting points whenever i am posting in forums and all. Will those points be converted into cash ? How and when and what is the rate ? Means 1 point is equal to how much ?
I will be highly oblige to you friends,if you make my these doubts clear !

yesterday you have responded to my discussion about EK,kiran madam exlained all the things about the site,still you have not understand,so both of us are riding in same boat,i do nothing about the site,simply i am posting articles in it and closing the site,i am doing since the starting , have a nice day

let me take this opportunity to help you out. Actually, I am also a new member of this site and I have around 4-5 articles there. What I first need to tell you is that they pay $3 alright. But it is not for 100 points but for 1000 points. Fine?
Secondly, I don't know about 3,5 or 12 cents that you are talking about. Hearing the site pay so low is surprising because if I am not wrong, it pays upfront.
There are things you should remember. You have to write bigger articles, there should be lesser or no grammatical mistakes, the quality of the article etc. All the factors are taken into account when you are paid for the article.
But one thing is surprising for me. I wrote about the India-West Indies cricket series but I was not paid even 1 cent for that. The article I wrote was around 350 words. I don't know what the problem is. Do you?
