Hello Lotters!
CALL IT TAMPERING IF YOU WILL BUT I'VE HAD IT! 
I've been waiting for days since my internet connection has been out for a very long while! most specially since the pass over of this typhoon "what ever wannabee cheding"
But the thing is, I was desperate to do internet since i got it upgraded.all i get is this stinking come and go connection.i had to keep turning the modem off. I called teh technicians and they said they will come. but they kept on calling asking if my connection is alright. OF COURSE, IF I SAY it's OKAY, then they won't come anymore.
I rudely want to TAKE THEIR freaking time so that they would realize how hard it is for me to wait. but i told my cousin and the workers not to mention about me tampering it
* Because the Last time when i told them to have it transferred, they transferred the server LINE but not the Phone BOX
.so, today i had to put the GLobe box back. then, il let them uselessly take a look.*

They didn't come so i guess they think the connection is alright. probably they were expecting another come back call coming from me. i don't mind changing the connection but we simply don't have the money yet since it's much focus on something else

If I were you, I would still call them and inform them how they disappointed me. They should have come or at least inform me if they would come or not. They should give importance to every customer because we pay the same rate as those who are rich users of their service.

I do KNow that already but i've heard that it's a wifi. but what worries me is the freaking signal. if the signal is weak, then it's just too useless to have a wifif crap. though i have an idea for the USB type of internet, i think having an internet connection like, is something that i had to wait.

Sometimes you have to do something yourself if you want it done right and on time. It's very frustrating to work with such people, especially if you depend on your computer for part of your income. It seems that you have to closely supervise those technicians next time they come so that they do the job right. The company should be ashamed of itself but it probably doesn't care as long as you're paying.

I have been also pissed off with the staffs of Globe. I mean is that different from Globe internet complete package of landline and internet connection with wifi? Well yeah! they keep on telling me before that there is a problem within your area. It has been excuses even to other clients. So I told others not to use Globe when it comes to internet connection because they really $uck on it!

I've heard stories about the connection not being too popular and signal oriented on some areas in the National Capital Region that most people prefer Smart Bro or Bayan Tell instead. I was planning on applying for a Digitel Sun but unfortunately, PLDT has purchased them and there's no traffic network in our area when it comes to their internet.

I decided to fix it myself. i think there's a loose string on the connection when it was still in the OLD PLDT phone box.so, i decided to rewire it again, this time it's really something that i can do. for now, i am planning to have the phone box change because it's too rusty i think.the connection is fix thank you

I have done something positive at least instead waiting for those scum bags. i remember we use to treat them burgers but unfortunately they still didn't do their job. I was optimistic that i did the job myself and it made me a phone line expert now.

Sometimes you’ve got to do what you’ve got to do! It so must be so frustrating not being able to use the internet in ages! I don’t think I would handle it too well either! What you did may not be technically the right thing but it is not as if you weren’t pushed. Hope all gets fixed up for you…

Damn right it is! and proud of it, i won't call them the next, probably when i want to annoy them or something. i mean, i have upgraded it and turn it into a higher speed with higher pay but the thing is they should give me the same kind of service that they are providing equal to the high internet bills that i've been paying

Yeah, i had to. but now it's fixed. it becomes clear to me that the phone box was indeed the problem. but if i had to wait, they might not fix it at all because of their incompetence the last time. am very sure that if i waited for them i might experience the same results as the last time.

These technicians can be nerve-wracking at times but I think their having a hard time too. Although you can try to follow some troubleshooting steps that they can offer. Or... You could threat them by telling them you're gonna change your internet connection. It always works to my friend. :)

That is one way to look at it, you had to fix it so make them come out and take a look anyway, but hey wait do you have to pay them for their time because if so even if it is tempting I wouldn't do it. That is funny though. If I didn't have to pay them I'd do it. Where I live I would have to pay and I would just be glad it was working and say hey forgot about it.
