Congratulations and well done! Give yourself a pat on the back, I've been planning to make then I take myself for a long time but have never gotten round to it. We always have these overripe bananas leftover fruit bowl and I've always thought that I could put them to good use and bigger cake with them! Are you able to post the recipe on here?

YUm yum! I really like to learn how to bake (even bought an oven). But I can't find the courage to start. But hearing about your success pushes me more! Now where did you leave your banana cake? A little slice won't be missed.

Congrats!! I don't bake much but thank you for your recipe and I think I will try it. I always have bananas. I eat them everyday with my cottage chees and another fruit or put them in a milk shake.
