Enjoy your life because it is short. You have to laugh even if you have a problem. All of us have a problem even the richest people they have the worries. Enjoy it to the fullest, you better serve others. Do what you want, so that when you die you have no regret you have done this.

Ofcourse enjoyment is not only the key factor for a life, We should taste each and every moment in our life, as you said, we have only one life, So why to be happy always? Why cant we think of goal, about losing about learning from defeats? I personally think we should taste each and every moment and we should welcome it into our life to make it more reasonable and strong enough to face anything.
