have you tried eating too much like uhmm cakes, pastries and other desserts? craving for chocolates, fruits or ice cream? when i think of my fave food i easily felt hungry
and invite my friend to eat specially in an "eat all you can" resto or "unlimited food"..
my weight was 40 and my friends are always teasing me to control my intake b'coz maybe someday i burst up and become super fat yet i never mind them. i really love eating foods especially foods that are new to me and exotic foods. have you tried eating a rat which you thought its a chicken because it takes like a chicken and so yummy? a skin of a snake? or a small crocodile? this are some of the exotic food i tried.. i don't really like spicy food but when a friend of mine invited me to try korean foods that the first time i ate super spicy foods because of all the food she order. japanese food, which are the sushi chinese and others
one of my friend taught me that eating too much is dangerous and may harm me but still i don't believe them, maybe they're just jealous because i don't easily get fat and don't want to control eating.. it doesn't really matter if fat or skinny, underwight or obese coz as long as you enjoy the food being serve rather eat nothing

I like to eat food from different countries but eating rats ,crocodiles ,lizards ,snakes is out of question !!Your friends are not jealous of you but they are advising you that over eating ,spicy and junk food is very harmful !I am a foody too and i love to experiment continental ,Chinese ,Mughlai ,Indian food but my diet is restricted to limit. If i have a spicy food then my next meal would include lots of boiled vegetables and fresh fruits .Eat healthy diet ,and being fat ,obese and overweight does matter as in later life bad eating habits can result in diabetes ,high blood pressure and centre of attraction to get teased for being round like a ball.Eat healthy ,hit gym ,yoga ,exercise will make you feel and look attractive !

too much of everything is bad so basically if you eat too much, then it is bad for your health... it results to obesity...then it is possible that you will have illness that will endanger your life...
as much as possible just maintain a healthy diet... that would give something good to your body and of course it save you money...

Anything that is too much is absolutely not good. Eat in moderation. If you can't control yourself, you lack motivation. I think it's not in how you look no matter how skinny you are, if you're really eating too much that's still bad.

Slow down. Don't eat too much because it can give you problems in health later.
Though, you are not getting fat by overindulging in foods, your system may be slowly becoming weak because of the illnesses that could be caused by them. It could lead to diabetes , heart ailment or even cancer. You might regret it it.
So, eat in moderation, my dear. You could be a glutton if you always overindulge. Remember, gluttony is a one of those social sins.

Eating too much isn't good for you especially if its mainly junk food that you are eating. Eating alot of fruits and veggies is good for you. But the junk food is what taste good to us so that makes us eat way more than recommended. I'm spanish so I mainly stick to my rice and beans :)

Just like what my mopm keep on terlling me that lack and too much of everything is not good. Eating the right food and healthy one is right for us. Eating those bad food are very harmful to our health too.
Exotic food are delicious. I tried native frog once and it is more tasty than a chicken meat.
Don't question about your body because if you don't get fat it means there is something on you too. If you eat a lot there must be a reaction on your body and once nothing change it means there's something wrong.
Good day!
God bless!

Hello Babybea :)
You have a nice question. I would like to share my opinion on this matter.
Too much of anything is not good as well as too less. In connection to your concern, too much eating is not a good practice. Every food has it's specific nutrients and our body only needs ENOUGH nutrients to stay healthy. Now, if you have too much nutrients it's not longer a healthy habit. It can jeopardize your health.
As you have mentioned, you love eating exotic foods. These foods can endanger your liver then if you eat too much. Sweets can also be a risk factor for diabetes mellitus.
My advise, have a healthy diet. Eat enough. :)

hi, babybea! :)
i think, everything which is too much will not be good.
Too much eat at one time can raise the glucose level in your blood, when this is happened a lot of times, i think there are times when the insulin is insufficient to process all that glucose, so sooner or later, the risk of you getting diabetic is higher.
I told you this not because i am jealous or want to scare you.. :)
I suggest you to read more information about this or talk to someone who is capable in this area, a nutritionist for example.
Do not just believe what others said to you, that is what my teacher always said.. :)
Check the information, so you will find out what really matters to you, and you can believe it.
You are what you eat, so beware about what you put into your mouth, honey.. :)
I do not want to be rude or sounds like a health-freak to you, but that quote is really true. If you eat good food, then you can keep your body healthy. If you eat junk food, then..
But, i guess there is nothing wrong with trying a little nouvell food :)

Anything that is too much is not good. remember glutonny is included in the seven deadly sins. Seriously, try to avoid eating too much of sweet foods. You should remember to balance your diet and exercise. I know it sounds like an infomrcial but as you get older you would see/feel the effects. If you are really hungry, try eating fruits instead of cakes, patries or chocolates. Fruits are healthier and you will benifit a lot from eating them.

hmm. If you have a high metabolic rate, then why not? Just be careful though, at some point your metabolism will slow down and therefore store the excess food as fat.

It is not good.Too much eating can lead us sometimes to sickness and as all we know it is gluttony and it is a sin if you continue doing that.I had a friend she suffers from bulemia nervosa, she ate a lot then she vomit what she ate because she is guilty on what she had just eaten. She really suffered a lot from it,I advised her not to do it again but still she won't listen until such time the food that she had just vomit without using any in her mouth to stimulate the vomit. As of now she stop it already and everything is okay now.
