I will in a few weeks, the oral Matura, so I'm just reading the books. I read a lot, but I'm not a bookworm, it takes me at large to overcome and I'm bored very quickly or fall asleep there. How can I make myself more comfortable reading books, so I am concentrating well on it?

I get your "symptoms" sound familiar and I've made sure that as I sat reading in the afternoon and if possible the reading of the course material was pulled through, then you're not as tired as the evening. Very important is also to ensure that I will always take plenty of fluids to be, because one of the most important things that our "thinking machine" does is fluid enough to work can concentrate. Here one has the free choice of stimulating beverages like coffee to mineral water which balances the mineral balance. You much success and a good week.

Do the same when reading notes. You know you need to know, then you can go. Even if you do not like to read, because once you have by now. Then read not too long after the other, especially not when lying down, but sit down with a block arms at your desk. Read a half hour fully concentrated, then do a little break and then comes the next half hour.

Buy yourself a highlighter and pick from, each side only one major maximum of three words, but not only complete sentences, Mark. So you have a "job hunting" in front of you, and if you yourself want to retrieve at the end, you've burned the keywords in the cerebral cortex. This method has helped me throughout life, to filter out all the important thing. Great in today's information overload! Sit in a well lit place where you feel comfortable, rooms away anything that distracts you. Eat plenty of fruit (vitamin C;. When it's supposed to be cheaper, take freshly squeezed lemon with water Twix now fit and some chocolate, because allegedly the brain is blocked, in any case are not you that they stimulate desire for eternal food, and so at the end of slow makes. Imagine an alarm clock is set later on 20 minutes when you fall asleep easily. You can also take a couple of things on a short jog in the woods, and by working on a beautiful meadow / quiet park bench reading stuff with the markers, which are-yourself query, but may prefer to 'behind closed doors'. And remember that you will probably annoy you your life if your school / classmates will roar past you on the big car when effort you right now and do not pass doll! So many have told me at least, have frittered away this very important stage of life back then! Good luck with learning and other things in life!

Hmm maybe you could read when you couldn't sleep or you could always snuggle in a comfy couch with a hot beverage at hand. It's always nice to have a book that way. Also stay away from sources of noise make sure you're in a quiet place...

my technique in reading that i don't get bored with it is that i try to be imaginative as possible. reading stories from any kinds of novel makes my mind see the wonders that the author wants to impart in its readers imagination. even if its a simple math book, i take its content to heart and mind every detail. try it. i'm sure you will learn many different things from other peoples views or ideas
