You can try sites like oDesk and Freelancer. Take note though that you'll need to bid for jobs there and may undergo interviews from potential employers. Another site you may want to check into would be Fiverr where you offer your services for $5 to anyone who are interested.

I forget the name of the site, it's about a site that ask to us to do a jobs. Specially on the site designing and so on.

You have to search part time job on internet near your destination, may be you got job around your area. honestly speaking, on online jobs are very difficult to get without invest money.
