How and Could you handle Mad Neighbors?

''Love thy neighbor as thy love yourself''. Its the new testament that given by God but can you still do this when your neighbor steal something from you, making rumors about you, always bother you with annoying loud music and the worse of all making you pissed all the time?
We can't escape that sometimes we ended up with mad neighbors which totally wreck our mornings or our day. Their are some instances neighbors ended up in crimes because of too much anger.
I experienced mad neighbors before and not only us where bothered by them but most of us on our street. My family just ignore them but most of our other neighbors deal with them some got physical fight good thing they were kick out from our place.
How do you deal mad neighbors and what was the most annoying thing youve experienced with them?

Having a bad neighbor isn't good at all, life would me miserable. Thank GOD i got no mad neighbors just insecure neighbors! hahahaha
If that scene happens to me I will just ignore them or maybe I could transfer into a better place...
Seriously, I will just report them to the barangay captain and fix the issue..

We had neighbors who were fighting all the time. Mostly we ignored them. But in our first apartment where it sounded like the girl was being beat up, R went downstairs and stopped it.

Ignore them if you can and report what you need to to the office if it's and apartment complex or if it's a house report it to police or the hoa or the equavilant. I would take pictures and have a hand held recorder ready incase they starte a fight. Other wise; just stick to your self if it's like that and hope they move away....unless you can move first. I had to experience that the very hard way.
