Is sports necessary??

Some people think that sports is necessary to enjoy life while many believe that it is a waste of time and that this time should be devoted in doing something useful...what are your views and take on this...share your views.

As I see it, sports is a way to keep healthy, mentally and physically. I used to play different kinds of sport games, changing from one to another as I get older. Staying active helps keeping healthy. These years, though I do not have the time to play the games, I still make sure that atleast I go out jogging regularly in the evenings after I get back home from my work. That is part of my day's activities.

Sports is never a waste of time. From our childhood we have this activity we call play which is part of a young child's learning process which not only enhances the physical well-being of the child but for his emotional and physiological ell-being. As we know, no country that does not engage into sports. That is how important sport is. It is already a part of our lives and culture. Many youth who engage into sports are less likely to become addicts or bad influences in the society. In life there is what we call work and play. That's how important it is.

for me sports is very necessary. it's a great source of exercise, especially to overweight people like me. plus the fact that it helps the body function properly by regulating blood circulation. sports is a healthy lifestyle. it brings good effects to one's life and health.

Its not a waste of time. It is there to be enjoyed. Engaging in sports is a way to have fun and time out away from work. It's also a way to be healthy. For me, you do not have to play it to enjoy it. You can enjoy from the couch watching a game.

Yeah. I believed that sports is indeed necessary in order to become healthy. As the saying goes a healthy mind goes with a healthy body. Brisk walking, swimming, playing badminton, and the like are one of the best sports activities that can nurture our body's agility & stamina to keep us going. Doing routinary household chores can also help but not quietely.

I really cannot agree with the persons who believe that doing sports is just wasting time.I just want to say that the persons who said the words like this are always the healthy people and they don`t know that a sick body means what to them.Whatever the works we do, we must have a very good body to be our capital.If your body is not well,you`ll find you cannot fix all your attention to the other things,And gradually you will feel sorrowful for your sick heath,Doing sports can help us have a very strong body and also we could get a lot of fun during this process.Doing some group sports,you can also make a lot of friends.So I believe that sports can take you thousands of benefits and no one harm.

I'm not into sports, but i do think its good excercise. There are other ways to enjoy life too not just only sports. Other people find ways to enjoy life and like sports. But I do not like sports, and I'll accept other people liking sports. For me, I just am not into playing sports.

I don't think that doing sports is a waste of time,we want to exercise and have a better health so we do that.In order to maintain good health,a healthy diet is not enough though.So i definitely think doing sports is a great way to maintain healthy.
