What weird legislative idea do you have in mind?

If you were a legislator, what could be the weirdest form of legislation would you file to your respective country's legislative body?
If I were one, I would file a bill that would require all smokers who wish to "kill themselves softly and slowly" to be confined in a closed vacuum-type room in every public and private places so that they will be the one's who will get to inhale the smoke coming from their cigarettes. Since secondary smoking causes a lot of harm to those who get to inhale the smoke, and inasmuch as primary smokers cannot control the direction of smoke their cigarettes emit, I find this idea practical and health-friendly to those people who care about their lungs and their lives.
How about you? Do you have similar weird idea you wish Congress can consider passing as law?

I don't know what type of obsession smokers have with killing themselves. Your idea is stamped and moving on to the President for approval.

Every one who rents should get one month free. Since renting is a big rip off.

LOL. That is really a weird kind of bill. Well, I think people should also be fined for not feeding their pets or for tying them or putting them in cages. Otherwise, why have pets if you just subject these creatures to such terrible conditions.

Pets should be on a leash in public. Everybody doesn't want some random dog running up to them unexpectedly! They should be let out for air as long as there owners are responsible.

Welcome to Mylot Jer! I like your topic...
As i am the type of person who easily gets annoyed with noise, i would like to post a 10pm curfew for karaoke addicts. If they still keep on singing beyond 10pm, the barangay should pick up all these karaokejerks and detain them in jail till 7am together with their boom boxes. i am sure the jail would be so full of them. I dont think they would mind that at all. With them out, at least our neighborhood would have some peace & quiet.
