Recently we are noticing a boom in online shopping sites in India. is this a positive trend, and how much secure to shop online other than ticket booking. I tried to do some online shopping from some leading shopping site, and got wrong product delivered, and required lots of followup to get the right product, I ordered... After that I didn't made any online shopping...
